By purchasing any digital product, service, coaching, consulting, or done-for-you work from Unreal Offer Ltd (Registered Number: 71852), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not proceed with payment, proposal acceptance, or engagement.
1. Scope of Work & Deliverables
The specific product or service purchased will be outlined in your proposal, invoice, sales page, purchase link, or written agreement provided prior to payment. This may include (but is not limited to):
- Digital products (ebooks, guides, frameworks, templates, swipe files, AI prompts, etc)
- Productized services (audits, reviews, design frameworks, templates, Figma files, etc)
- Done-for-you services (web design, landing pages, thank-you pages, copywriting, sales funnels, or consulting)
- Coaching, mentoring, or consulting sessions (live or recorded)
- One-time or ongoing advisory services
You are purchasing the exact scope of work outlined prior to payment. Any services beyond that scope will require additional fees and a separate written agreement.
2. Intellectual Property & License
All content, materials, templates, frameworks, designs, wireframes, processes, and intellectual property remain the sole property of Unreal Offer Ltd, unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered materials for your internal business or client work.
You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute any deliverables or frameworks without written permission.
Unreal Offer Ltd retains the right to reuse any non-client-specific methods, frameworks, and design processes for other clients or products.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment may be processed via Stripe, Xero, bank transfer, or other authorized processors.
Work will not commence until full payment is received.
For recurring coaching or advisory services, subscription payments will be automatically billed per the agreed schedule.
All invoices are issued by Unreal Offer Ltd (Registered Number: 71852).
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, intellectual property, and consulting services, no refunds will be issued after payment.
Coaching or consulting subscriptions may be cancelled by written notice prior to the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for periods already billed.
Unreal Offer Ltd reserves the right to terminate engagements if terms are violated or if client communication becomes unreasonable, abusive, or unresponsive.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide all necessary information, materials, and feedback required to complete the deliverables.
You agree to respond to communication and review requests within a reasonable timeframe.
You understand that delays on your part may result in adjusted delivery timelines without penalty to Unreal Offer Ltd.
In relation to coaching services:
You acknowledge that your own participation, effort, implementation, and decision-making are critical to the success of any coaching, mentoring, or advisory service provided. Unreal Offer Ltd is not responsible for your failure to implement advice, strategies, or recommendations.
In relation to done-for-you services:
You are responsible for providing any assets, content, copy, logins, and information necessary to complete design or development work. Delays in providing these assets may extend project timelines.
6. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines will be provided at the time of purchase or as outlined in any proposal.
While every reasonable effort will be made to meet stated timelines, delays may occur due to client responsiveness, feedback delays, scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances.
Unreal Offer Ltd is not responsible for any losses resulting from missed client deadlines or delays in third-party services.
In relation to done-for-you services:
Unless otherwise specified in writing, your service fee includes one (1) round of revisions after initial delivery.
Additional revisions, scope changes, or redesigns requested beyond this point may incur additional charges, to be agreed upon separately.
7. Subscription Payment Failures
In relation to coaching or subscription-based services:
If any scheduled subscription payment fails or is declined, client access to coaching, mentoring, or program materials may be suspended immediately until payment is successfully processed. Continued payment failures may result in full termination of access without refund.
8. No Guarantees & Client Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that no guarantee is made regarding business outcomes, sales, conversions, revenue increases, or financial results.
Results depend on multiple factors outside the control of Unreal Offer Ltd, including your business model, marketing, sales processes, and implementation.
Coaching, consulting, or strategic advice does not constitute legal, financial, or professional business advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and results.
Unreal Offer Ltd accepts no liability for any decisions you make based on delivered materials, coaching, or consulting.
9. Limitation of Liability
Unreal Offer Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or reputational harm.
Total liability under any agreement is strictly limited to the amount you have paid for the product or service in question.
10. Warranties
Unreal Offer Ltd warrants that work will be delivered as described in the agreed scope.
No other warranties, express or implied, are provided, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unreal Offer Ltd and its directors, employees, contractors, or agents from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use of any products or services.
12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary, financial, or business information shared during the course of any engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.
13. Data Protection
Any personal data you provide will be handled securely, stored appropriately, and only used for the purpose of delivering the agreed services or processing payments. Unreal Offer Ltd complies with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.
14. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or widespread technical outages.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Guernsey. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Guernsey courts.
